Will my group be playing with others?

No. At Trapped RGV we offer PRIVATE EXPERIENCES. Which means, the room will just be filled with your group. In order to book, we recommend creating the booking at one time by either:

1. Having one member of the group pay the entire cost, and other guests in the group can reimburse that person. OR....
2. Using the split payment method at checkout. There you can easily send the payment link to other guests in your group once checkout is complete. 

Once your group has booked, the game will show as FULL no matter if the maximum capacity is reached or not. We do require a minimum of 3 players per room.

What's your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change, so reservations can be changed to a different time/day up to 24 hours before your game! However, all games are non-refundable.

Are there age restrictions?

We recommend our games for ages 12 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 10-17 years of age. Any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

I have a large group, how do I book?

Groups that require multiple rooms often book through our Guest Experience Team. We do offer a group discount for groups LARGER THAN 20 GUESTS.

Groups between 8 - 20 guests can book themselves using the online booking platform on this page. The game capacity for each game is listed. If you need more than the capacity, then just add more players to another room with a similar time by clicking "Continue Shopping" during the checkout experience. We try our absolute best to start groups participating in multiple rooms at the same time, if requested, but we cannot 100% guarantee.
